Damilola Akinniyi

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms apply when you buy a download, guide, course, consultation or review service from this website. You are contracting with Damilola Akinniyi, a sole trader based in Coventry, United Kingdom. Contact: akinniyibd@gmail.com. A full postal address is available on request by email.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and are buying as a consumer or on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.

2. What I do, and what I do not do

My services are educational and professional guidance, based on personal academic and industry experience. They are intended to help you understand your own position, organise your evidence and think clearly about your next step.

They are not immigration advice. I do not provide immigration advice or services regulated under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, and I am not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. I cannot advise you on immigration rules, eligibility for a visa, or the legal merits of an application. If you need regulated immigration advice, you should consult an adviser authorised to give it, or a qualified solicitor.

No outcome is guaranteed. I cannot promise, and do not promise, any endorsement, visa, grant, job, admission or other result. You remain responsible for checking the current official requirements that apply to you and for making sure everything you submit is accurate, complete and your own work.

Feedback on your documents is advisory. Decisions about what to submit are yours.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when I send you an order confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. I may correct obvious pricing errors before the contract forms.

4. Delivering the service

Downloads and guides are made available immediately, or by emailed link, after payment clears.

Consultations are delivered online at a time booked through my scheduling link. Please join within 10 minutes of the start time; if you do not, I may treat the session as delivered.

Document reviews are delivered in writing within 15 working days of receiving everything I need from you. If you are slow to send material, that timescale moves accordingly.

I will provide my services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Rescheduling and missed sessions

You can reschedule a booked session free of charge if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, or if you do not attend, I may treat the session as used. I will always try to be reasonable where something genuinely unavoidable has happened.

6. Your right to cancel, and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in full in my Refunds and Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your material and confidentiality

You keep ownership of everything you send me. You give me permission to use it only to provide the service you bought. I treat what you send as confidential and will not share it with third parties or use it as an example without your written permission.

8. My material

Guides, worksheets, templates, course content and written feedback remain my intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal or professional development. You may not resell them, publish them, or share them publicly or with others in your organisation without my written permission.

9. Acceptable use

I may decline or end an engagement, with a proportionate refund for anything not yet delivered, if you are abusive to me, ask me to help you present information you know to be false, or ask me to do something outside what I have said I do.

10. My liability

I do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, my total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for loss of opportunity, loss of profit, application fees, relocation costs, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from a decision made by a third party such as an endorsing body, employer, university or government department.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email akinniyibd@gmail.com and I will respond within 2 working days and try to put it right.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

13. Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Last updated 22 September 2026.
